We had a wonderful holiday experience and the villa met all of our needs. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. Thelma was always on hand with advice and assistance at any time of the day. She is a credit to your organisation . Paula was also very helpful during the week. We have already recommended Portugal go.com to some friends.

I wanted to send you a note to thank you for such a wonderful time in \"Heaven\" a.k.a Tenazinha II. We did not know the region very well before deciding to rent this house to celebrate our 30th Birthday and I am convinced that the 17 people who attended had the most amazing time there....The villa was everything described to be and even more: Portugal and Go’ staff was super nice, always prompt to assist and to provide solutions to all your queries (generally way beyond everything else I experienced before) !! The region and the coast was breathtaking ( Silves, Sagres…)!! The villa was just steps away from the most gorgeous beach. Every morning we would have breakfast on the terrace outside and played beach volley beside the pool, what else!!! I recommend without reservation this house and Portugal and go to anyone willing to discover Portugal (it is worth it) and would like to say again, a special thanks to Paula!!!

I would certainly use you again however very disappointed that no cleaner came to property as suggested on my arrival to collect keys and no pool cleaner came I paid an additional fee for the pool and feel this let the overal view of the company down

RIEN À DIRE-AVONS PASSÉS DE TRÈS BONNES VACANCES

This was our second visit to Tenazinha 11 and our holiday was just as successful as the first time. We were a family of 16 and whilst staying in the villa, we had additional family members staying in the adjacent Tenazinha 1. The villa had been refurbished to an extent since our last stay in 2021 with new mattresses to the beds and decorating carried out to all the rooms - with the exception of the kitchen (gentle suggestion that it probably does need a little care and attention spent on it to upgrade it?) However, the layout of the villa is most suited to our family and we spent an extremely comfortable and happy week there. The outside area is extremely private and the pool and gardens are well tended. The 7 bedrooms are exceptionally well presented and the bathrooms extremely well placed to accommodate all family members. The large dining room is an asset when the evenings are a little chillier, and the large outside eating area is brilliant as it is able to accommodate all family members for meals. I love the fact that there are plenty of sunbeds - which all match! We had the pool heated which was an asset and when it broke down for one day the owners kindly waivered the charge. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance and although the Falesia beach is within walking distance, we prefer the small Olhos de Agua beach which is easily accessible by a 20 minute walk from the villa. We had a car for the week, but it isnt essential as even the local supermarkets are within walking distance. Our stay was for just one week, but we had spent a number of days prior to this week staying in appartments in Vilamoura and then after our week we moved onto appartments in the nearby Olhos de Agua. Whilst staying in Olhos de Agua we ate a number of times in the Aqua - a superb pizza/pasta sports bar type of establishment which serves a perfect fillet steak!! We were a formidable force of around 23 of us at any one time eating in this restaurant and made our presence felt joining in with the live entertainment on a number of evenings! We were delighted that the staff welcomed this and were amazed to find out that the owner of the restaurant also owns the villas!! Patricia was a perfect host - both at the villas and the restaurant and we cant wait to return en masse hopefully next year. I posted a review on Trip Advisor back in 2021 to share our delight in such a lovely villa and my views then and now are comparable - Tenazinha 11 is a superbly appointed villa and the company Portugalgo go that extra mile to ensure that your stay is the best! Nothing can ever be perfect, but as a family we all agreed this was perhaps one of the best villas and location we have stayed in. I would recommend it and not if but when we return to Portugal I will be seeking to stay at the same villa. Lastly Paula at the local office was a real help! Thank you for a great stay.
